GEMS12 — Mapping of XML and ASCII versions is not consistent

    The mapping of XML to ASCII versions is inconsistent in the PSMs. GEMS-ASCII uses an integer (01, 02, 03...), and GEMS XML uses decimal numbers (1.1, 1.2 and so forth)
