FIBOFTF — Align with W3C Organizations Ontology

    We should more formally align with the W3C Organizations ontology.

    See also W3C working paper which extends the W3C Organizations ontology to a Legal Entities ontology.

    Apply our published Shared Semantics treatment (see Annex) to both of these, and infill any gaps we may find.
