FIBOFTF — Segregate takesForm concepts

TakesForm property should be segregated into 2 or 3 separate concepts.

Currently there is a "takesForm" property in Ownership which is a subProperty of the hasIdentity relationship (as intended). This gets re-used in other contexts where a different meaning is intended, i.e. the form which an economic resource takes, as distinct from the form which an asset takes. Make takesForm more general than just the ownership context and then create sub-properties for the different meanings, with localized restriction on those properties for additional applications of these separate meanings.
