FIBOFTF — Incorrect cardinality in hasAddress

  • Summary:

    Restriction on property hasAddress, in People, has a minimum of 1 onClass PostalAddress. This is not true in reality.

    Property Restriction 03 refers. Also this is a restriction on "has" which flies against the agreed policy on when to use "has" (and would be impacted by any changes on this from later issues).

    People exist who do not have addresses, even if a particular application chooses not to track these. As a standard ontology we should frame what is known about the subject matter overall, not what is needed in a specific database.
