FIBOFTF — Naming of IndependentParty

    The class IndependentParty should really be named PotentialParty or PotentialOwner.

    See also separate issue about the definition of this class. As it stands this class has a separate name and a separate definition to that intended in the original models. Specifically, the intended usage of this class is for anything which may be an owner of shares or a party in some other party context (these include transactions, contracts etc.) and is not limited to entities which are deemed contractually capable.

    These two issues should be discussed together.
