FIBOFTF — Properties hasParty and hasPartyInRole have has as parent

    In Parties.rdf, the relationships hasParty and hasPartyInRole have 'has' as a parent which is against the updated strategy for usage of "has" as agreed in July 2013.

    Note that later discussions around "has" may make a difference to the agreed strategy against which this issue was raised.
