The definition given for Transferable Contract has been replaced by one from TheBusinessDictionary.com

The definition which was used in place of the one from the EDM Council, is in fact a definition of ʺassignmentʺ and not a definition for ʺTransferable Contractʺ. As such, the definition text reads like narrative about a Transferable Contract and is not in any way definitional of the concept ʺTransferable Contractʺ (for example, it does not state that the concept so defined is that of a kind of contract!)
