FIBOFTF — RDF datatype usage for annottions

    RDF datatype usage for annotations

    Resolution is to include the data for all annotations. We don't have a list of which ontologies these have or have not been done for. This automatically happens in Adaptive-generated OWL but not automatically in VOM-generated OWL. So this needed to be done manually in VOM.

    VOM now does this automatically.
