FIBOFTF — hasCurrency should not inherit from has.

    Remove the subPropertyOf relationship from hasCurrency to has, in line with previous agreed changes to the usage of has.

    This may be impacted by changes in the usage of has - this issue described a change which was made and then lost, based on an agreed usage of 'has' such that it may be used for intrinsic properties of some Thing but not the possession of possessions or attributes.
