FIBOFTF — Replace the <> stereotype with <> or <> as appropriate

Some of the diagrams in FND use an incorrect stereotype as a part of a qualified cardinality pattern. Replace all occurrences of <<valuesFrom>> with either <<onClass>> or <<onDataRange>> as dictated by the restriction type.

This issue requires changes in the VOM source models only and has no effect on the machine readables. The effect on the diagrams is negligible and takes the form of incorrect stereotypes on some relationships.

The affected relationships are to be replaced with ones of the correct stereotype prior to final generation of diagrams from the model repository files.
