Summary:
The objectProperty ëhasí is too generic and does not provide the level of expressivity needed. For example, ìhas min 0 PostalAddressî for an Organization, or a Person, is not descriptive. This should be replaced with ìhas Addressî, which itself can be further specialized. It would be useful, to eliminate the general objectProperty ìhasî with more expressive properties.

Disposition Summary:
objectProperty "has" is too generic
"There are 3 potential treatments: use has for everything, nothing or the previously agreed dispensation where 'has' has only one meaning namely that it is used to talk of properties intrinsic to a thing, and not to talk of posession of a thing by something. We do need to retain distinct meanings in this model.
NOTE: Inthe event that we retain the previously-agreed dispensation, the other JIRA issues about 'has' relate to where this was not completely implemented; those JIRA issues become moot if any other solution is proposed." -
