FIBOBE_ — Revise "about" files for BE to incorporate new ontologies

    Two new ontologies have been integrated into FIBO by the FIBO BE FTF. These new ontologies, along with additional ontologies added to FIBO FND via the RTF, as well as some of the ontologies providing country information from LCC, need to be added to the about files for BE 1.0.

    This issue impacts machine readable files, but the corresponding namespaces need to be added to the tables in the architecture section of the specification as well.
