Disposition Summary:
Business Entities is missing the concept of a private limited company
A private limited company is an important legal form that must be included in FIBO Business Entities. This legal form will also describe limited liability companies which are highly pervasive across the United States and must be identified for multiple bank use cases from on-boarding commercial customers, understanding counter parties, and KYC in general.
This issue introduces a new section 9.9, Module: Private Limited Companies. The modifications defined herein are entirely additive, i.e., this is all new content for the FIBO Business Entities specification.
This resolution depends on the resolution of FIBOBE-_11 and FIBOBE-_9, both of which make changes to the Legal Persons ontology, on which this resolution depends.
