EXPRESS11 — Change the term 'dependency' to 'package import/merge'

    At the beginning of the documentation of each of the packages in the EXPRESS metamodel, there is a section that refers to “dependencies”. The UML diagrams correctly show these relationships as package import and package merge. The text should be modified to use the correct UML/MOF terminology.

    Note: The resolution to Issue 19027 caused several of the Imported Packages to become package merges. This text reflects those changes.
