EXPRESS11 — Exchange of AnonymousTypes and Expressions is not possible

    AnonymousTypes, GeneralizedTypes and Expressions are not “contained in” any EXPRESS Scope element (or any other element).

    This makes it impossible for them to be conveyed in any EXPRESS XMI file. This is a particularly serious problem for AggregationTypes, which are the data types of many attributes and are rarely named. (This problem has been fixed in implementations, but it should be fixed in the specification.)

    Note: The problem was discovered in resolving Issue 18815, but it should be addressed clearly and separately.
