ESSENCE — Name of Requirements Alpha state between Conceived and Coherent

There is definitely a useful state between conceived and coherent. Some people think bounded is too waterfall but accept the need for a state between Conceived and Coherent. We offer the following list for their consideration as possible, but not necessarily better, alternatives to “bounded”.
The candidate list of potential alternatives is (in no particular order):
Understood, Clarified, Themed, Scoped, Profiled, Envisioned
None of the new proposals are considered obviously superior to “bounded”

It has not been possible to reach a consensus on an alternative name. So the name will remain "Bounded".
