Replace the definitions of those terms in section 4 by the definitions presented respectively in:
9.3.4.4 Activity
9.3.5.2 Competency
9.3.2.11 Method
9.3.2.14 Practice

Replace the first sentence of each of the four definitions in clause 4, with the first sentence of the corresponding description subclause in clause 9 for that term.
