Subclause 8.1.2

The definition of Competencies is self-referential: "Competencies –representations of the key competencies required to do software engineering."

In Clause 4, "Competency" is defined as "a characteristic of a stakeholder or team member that reflects the ability to do work" and "a capability to do a certain job". The description of "Competencies" in 8.1.2 should follow this definition, which would be non-circular.
