EDOC — EDOC issue: placement of UML profile for MOF

    From reading the Adopted Specification, it appears that the UML
    Profile For MOF (chapter 6) is meant to be published as part of the
    EDOC specification.

    I believe that this is a mistake: since it defines a notation of MOF
    metamodels, it should be part of the MOF specification.
