    Constraint 3 is too strong.
    A CompoundTask must also own the PortUsages for the ProcessFlowPorts
    that its ProcessMultiPorts contain as well as the PortUsages belonging
    to the "extent" of the ComponentUsages (both Activities and ProcessRoles)
    that are owned by the CompoundTask.

    Suggested Resolution:

    Remove the constraint completely since ProcessRoles require that a more
    complete range of Ports be "useable
