To make DataEvent useful we need a relationship to the Attribute within
the CompositeData that changes to create this event.

Also: under "Related Elements" Business Event is listed - which is a
base Class - not related via association, which is what this section is
for. Conversely the "lifeCyle" association to EventBasedDataManager shown
in Fig 46 is not documented.

Suggested Resolution: Add an association to Attribute which indicates
which Attribute value change caused the DataEvent.

Also: Explain the lifeCycle relationship to EventBasedDataManager. I
imagine that this means that a DataEvent is generated when an
EventBasedDataManager is created or destroyed.
