Clause 7.17 is an overview of the specification structure. It is incorrectly placed at the end of Clause 7 (Rationale). It should be in Clause 6, following 6.3, which gives an overview of the specification.

Disposition Summary:
The issue is correct. The clause was inadvertently separated from Clause 6 when the Rationale section was added. It is moved back to follow 6.3.
Note: Issue 19483 revises the Figure in clause 7.17 and some of the descriptive text. So, that revision is merged with this Issue.
Note: Issue 19574 renames the ‘Week Calendar’ package to ‘ISO Week Calendar’ and that change is included in Figure 6.1 below. -
