    Summary:

    Examination of some business usages of time concepts has led to the observation that several regulations use the concept:

    time interval1 starts during time interval2

    or

    occurrence starts during time interval

    These verb concepts can easily be phrased in terms of existing DTV concepts, but the phrasing is cumbersome. It would be useful to add these to the DTV business vocabulary.
