    It is not clear what the value of the HLAreportPeriod should be if no interaction of class HLAmanager.HLAfederate.HLAadjust.HLAsetTiming has been sent. It is recommended that text be added that clarifies that if no interaction of class HLAmanager.HLAfederate.HLAadjust.HLAsetTiming has been sent, then no periodic updates of MOM attribute values shall be generated and the value of the HLAreportPeriod is not defined and should be represented as zero.
