    Use of the phrase "joined federate-owned" in pre-condition (e) of the Unpublish Object Class Attributes service (clause 5.3) implies that a federate could invoke the Attribute Ownership Acquisition service or the Attribute Ownership Acquisition If Available service on an instance attribute that the federate already owns. However, that would be inconsistent with the rest of the 1516.1 standard. The phrase "joined federate-owned" should be deleted from this precondition.
