Summary:
As the statechart is now depicted, it is permissible for an owning federate that is in the Waiting for a New Owner to be Found state to receive a Request Attribute Ownership Release callback. However, if a federate is in the Waiting for a New Owner to be Found state and another federate invokes the Attribute Ownership Acquisition service, the owning federate should receive a Request Divestiture Confirmation callback; the owning federate should not receive a Request Attribute Ownership Release callback. Therefore, to make this prohibition clear, a guard shall be added to the existing Request Attribute Ownership Release history transition in the Owned state. The guard shall be: [not in "Waiting for a New Owner to be Found"].
