Summary:
As pre-condition (d) of the Stop Registration For Object Class service (clause 5.11) is now worded, the Stop Registration For Object Class service could be received at a publishing federate even if it were the case that if that publishing federate were to register an instance of the specified class, some other federate in the federation execution would discover the object instance. This does not appear to meet the stated intent of the Stop Registration For Object Class service to "notify the joined federate that registration of new object instances of the specified object class is not advised". Precondition (d) should be amended to specify that none of the class attributes that the joined federate is publishing at the specified object class is actively subscribed to by any other joined federate in the federation execution at what would be the subscribing federate's candidate discovery class of an object instance registered at the specified object class.
