DMN15 — Missing FEEL function to replace items in a list

There are currently FEEL functions to manipulate lists content: append, sublist, concatenate, insert before, remove, union, distinct values and flatten but it does not define a function to replace item(s) from a list.

Our proposal is to introduce a new list replace function.

Add a new list replace FEEL function

Introduce a new FEEL function called list replace that allows to replace one or more elements in a list with a new value based on the list position or a matching function.
