Summary:
Currently the positive unary tests support all relational operators but not the equality operators (= !=). We should support them for consistency. For example, all the above operators are supported in comparison expressions (rule 49).
Business analysts have reported that they would like to have a consistent and more readable way to write rules and test cases with many comparison operators.
