DEPL — Inconsistent naming of ValueType and EnumType attributes

In section 9.5.5, the name of the "type" attribute of the ValueType
class is inconsistent. The attribute holding the Repository Id is
named "typeId" elsewhere. Also, the "members" attribute of the
EnumType is inconsisting with the model diagram conventions for
use of the plural, should be "member".

Proposed resolution:

In section 9.5.5, change the name of the "type" attribute of the
ValueType class to "typeId". Change the name of the "members"
attribute of the EnumType class to "member".
