    Throughout the document association names are not consistent. Some
    association names are verb phrases and some are noun phrased.
    Suggest being consistent by using noun phrases for association role names.
    This seems to be common practice in industry. Sections 2.3.3 and 2.3.4 are
    examples where verb phrases are being used.
