DDSXRCE11 — CREATE_CLIENT example: typo in hex representation of submessageLength

    In the CREATE_CLIENT example, the submessageLength is given as:
    submessageLength = 26 = 0x001B

    While the length is correctly given as 26 bytes, the hexadecimal representation should be 0x001A and not 0x001B.
