    This attribute as well as the others on DDS-DCPS connectors are not
    changeable dynamically as they are used to create and configure the DDS
    entities in support to this DDS pattern. However as their configuration by an
    external tool is highly desirable, they have been turned into regular attributes
    which can raise a NonChangeable exception.
