DDS4CCM_ — NonExisting::indexes with Reader/Getter/Writer

    With the Reader/Getter/Writer we always handle one instance. When we can't
    find that instance, should NonExisting::indexes then just be a sequence that
    is empty, or with one index in it, 0?
