DDS4CCM_ — Reader::read_all_history

    The Reader::read_all_history is documented as:
    read_all_history returns all samples of all instances

    This could return a lot of data, the reader has no idea how much he will
    get. Does this make sense? There is no way the Reader can limit the history
    to a certain size as we could do with DDS directly.
