    Section 7.l.3.6 of the DCPS spec should indicate what happens under the PRESENTATION=GROUP policy when different DataWriters in the group have different QoS settings. Whose settings are followed by the group? The most stringent? The least stringent? Group membership is dynamic, so the group members are not knows until each write() happens
