DDS15 — DDS typos and omissions

1. Section 2.2.4.4 Conditions and Wait-sets - Two paragraphs above figure 2.19 is "The blocking behavior of the WaitSet is illustrated in Figure 2.19" I think this is meant to reference figure 2.20 instead.

2. Section 2.2.6.2.2 Notifications via Conditions and Wait-Sets - starts out with "The first part of Figure 2.22" I think it should be figure 2.23

3. In section 2.3.3 DCPS PSM : IDL on pages 152 - 153 are definitions of all the IDs and names of the QOS Policies with the exception that "TRANSPORTPRIORITY" has an ID definition but is missing a name definition.
4. Section 2.2.2.2.2.7 set_qos
This operation sets the value of the DomainParticipantFactory QoS policies. These policies control the behavior of the object a factory for entities.
