DDS15 — Incorrect value for GROUPDATA_QOS_POLICY_NAME

    The IDL file dds_dcps.idl has a wrong value

    const string GROUPDATA_QOS_POLICY_NAME = "TransportPriority";

    Shouldn't it say "GroupData"
