DDS15 — Add new mask which will let DDS callback on the listener to gets its mask

    DDS has several methods to create entities and pass a listener. With the listener than a mask has to be passed. It would be much cleaner for some C++ systems when we can pass a special mask which means that DDS will callback on the listener to gets its mask, this reduces the application code and could lead to a cleaner user code architecture
