DDS15 — Extend Topic with method to retrieve key fields

    For template meta programming as we are doing for the dds4ccm spec, it is needed to know at runtime time of the user program whether a topic has a key or not, because behaviour is dependent on that. we propose to add methods to the Topic to get its key fields
