DDS12 — invalid reference to delete_datareader

Summary:
On page 2-70 at the end of section 2.1.2.5.2 (Subscriber Class) the description states that a list of operations including delete_datareader may return NOT_ENABLED. The operation delete_datareader should be removed from this list.

In section 2.1.2.5.2 Subscriber Class, at the end right before section 2.1.2.5.2.1 replace paragraph:

All operations except for the base-class operations set_qos, get_qos, set_listener, get_listener, enable, get_statuscondition, create_datareader, and delete_datareader may return the value NOT_ENABLED.

With:

All operations except for the base-class operations set_qos, get_qos, set_listener, get_listener, enable, get_statuscondition, and create_datareader may return the value NOT_ENABLED.

Remove delete_datareader from said list
