    Summary:

    The DLRL PSM specifies a number of Exceptions, but these are not explained in the PIM, and they do not cover the entire range of all possible errors.

    Proposed Resolution:

    Make an extensive list of all possible Exceptions and explain them in the PIM as well.
    Add a String message to the exception that can give more details about the context of the exception.
