    Summary:

    Currently there are separate methods to find a specific object based on its OID in the Cache and in a CacheAccess. It would be nice to have one method to search for an Object in any CacheBase.

    Proposed Resolution:

    Add a CacheBase parameter to the find_object method and remove the find_object_in_access method.
