DDS12 — Cache and CacheAccess should have a common parent

    Both the CacheAccess and Cache have some functional overlap. It would be nice if this overlap would be migrated to a common generalization (for a good reason, see also Issue T_DLRL#3).

    Proposed Resolution:

    Introduce a new class called CacheBase, that has represents the common functionality. Both the Cache and the CacheAccess inherit from this common base-class.
