Summary:
In Section 2.1.2.4.2.14 (dispose_w_timestamp) it states that the operation will return PRECONDITION_NOT_MET if called on an instance that has not yet been registered. This is not true as the operation will implicitly register the instance just as write does. This restriction was also originally in 2.1.2.4.2.13 (dispose) but has already been removed.

Remove the offending paragraph.Proposed Revised Text:

Remove the last two paragraphs , that is the text starting from "The operation must be only called on registered instances." till the end of the section. -
