CR — An Initial transition can't contain any trigger/event

All initial transitions (create transitions) contain "create" trigger/event. It's illegal according to UML specification (State Machines).
We could use "/create" instead to specify what kind of behavior is executing while transiting from initial node to the first state e.g. Active.
