CPP13 — void * operations on Any?

    I seem to remember that we decided to deprecate the void * functions
    on type Any. However, looking at the latest C++ draft, they are not
    marked as deprecated.

    Can anyone remember what we decided to do? Is this a bug in the spec
    or a bug in my memory?
