CORBAE — document style and use of headings

In each of 2.4.1 thru 2.4.4 the document titles have paragraphs below them and if necessary then sub headings. In 2.4.5 there is the title and then a sub heading.

I'd recommend deleting the heading of 2.4.5.1 and make 2.4.5 the Quality of Service Abstract Model (or Quality of Service Model to match 2.4.1 - 2.4.4 and put the rest of the text under it
