    Summary: The default ref-counting classes are said to be "fully concrete".
    Is this really necessary?
    What is the semantic of "_copy_value" for the ref-counting class?
    => suggest that "_copy_value" MUST NOT be implemented
    (It is implemented by "_copy_value" of the real value type)
