    <declarators> includes <complex_declarator>.

    It should be clarified whether valuetype state members are intended
    to include <array_declarator>.

    IMHO clarification is needed as state members are usually mapped
    to accessor methods in programming languages. If permissible,
    the accessor methods would return a complex type.
